ABOUT

Zofia Lemise’s therapeutic approach is a holistic blend of transpersonal, nature-based, and evidence-based practices, drawing inspiration from integral theory, person-centered therapy, and the psychobiological approach to couples therapy (PACT). She empowers clients to take ownership of their healing journey through self-reflection, insight, and action. By exploring the root causes of emotional and psychological challenges, Zofia helps clients peel back layers to uncover their authentic selves. She incorporates nature-based interventions, believing in the power of nature to mirror the soul and facilitate healing.

Zofia fosters strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and candor. By intentionally exploring emotional edges, she helps clients address self-sabotaging beliefs and patterns. With couples and families, she utilizes the PACT approach to facilitate secure attachment and address conflict constructively. Zofia emphasizes nonviolent communication, empathy, and the importance of addressing personal, interpersonal, and generational trauma.
