ABOUT

Being a parent is hard and comes with many challenges. Sarah Tescher believes that supporting children and adolescents in changing their perceptions of perceived challenging events and thoughts can lead to better parent/child relationships, as well as success in school and after-school sports. Part of discovering a child’s symptoms involves recognizing the signs of a dysregulated nervous system. Sarah’s goal in providing therapy is to support children, adolescents, young adults, and parents in connecting with their authentic selves—who they truly are rather than who the world thinks they should be. For those feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, Sarah specializes in helping youth, teens, young adults, and parents find balance and renewed connection with themselves and their family relationships. She uses evidence-based practices to create a safe and nurturing space for healing and growth.
