Peyton Burnside Clinical Focus: Athletes, Teens, Young Adults, Adults, and Women
Practice Approach: Peyton Burnside has been a competitive athlete for over 10 years and was a collegiate athlete. She has a passion for helping athletes and those who have experienced trauma target the root causes of their mental health and move forward with healing in a collaborative and supportive way. Her goal is to empower clients with the belief that every individual is a multi-faceted, unique being, and that people are more than the roles they play-such as their job title, an athlete, or a parent.
