ABOUT

I am a native of Durango, having been born and raised in this community. With deep roots in the area, I understand the joys and challenges of living in a rural town. I have a passion for helping women and young adults navigate life transitions, such as starting college or ending a long-term relationship, as well as supporting individuals in healing and processing traumatic events. I am also a Registered Play Therapist.

I have dedicated hundreds of hours to training to ensure I serve my clients with the utmost skill and care. I use a solution-focused philosophy, believing that individuals and families seek therapy to work toward solutions that enable them to navigate their lives more effectively. The therapeutic approaches I use are evidence-based, informed by an understanding of how our brains function and what they need to foster healing. I recognize that reaching out to a therapist can be intimidating, and I am committed to making the process as comfortable as possible for individuals and their families.
