Hillary Wolfe is a native of Durango, having been born and raised in the community. With deep roots in the area, she understands the joys and challenges of living in a rural town. Hillary has a passion for helping women and young adults navigate life transitions, such as starting college or ending a long-term relationship, as well as supporting individuals in healing and processing traumatic events. She also provides parent coaching to help parents connect with their children and teens, and she is a Registered Play Therapist.
Hillary has dedicated hundreds of hours to training, ensuring she serves her clients with the utmost skill and care. She employs a solution-focused philosophy, believing that individuals and families seek therapy to work towards solutions that enable them to navigate their lives more effectively. The therapeutic approaches she utilizes are evidence-based, informed by an understanding of how our brains function and what they need to foster healing.
