Clinical Focus: Women, Young Adults, and Adults
Dealing with the stressors of navigating life today can feel like a full-time job. Together, we can manage that stress as you strive to become happier, healthier, and more resilient. I take a strengths-based perspective to help you lean into what comes naturally to you and identify themes across your experiences. I help my clients develop the skills needed to regulate, ground themselves through mindfullness, and observe the self in everyday life.
