ABOUT

I view my role as a therapist as a guide and a connector. I believe that every person has an inner wisdom and is the only true expert on their own life. My approach is person-centered, and my goal is to empower clients to trust their inner knowing. I recognize the important role relationships have in our lives, and I have a passion for helping clients work through relationship issues and move toward living a values-aligned life.

I understand the frustration of feeling like you’ve tried everything and already have a heightened sense of self-awareness. I create a therapy space that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and culturally competent. I gently challenge clients to see new perspectives, increase curiosity about themselves and others, and make space for multiple truths in their lives to coexist.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Non-Violent Communication to guide clients toward positive change.

Starting therapy can be intimidating. Therapy with me is a welcoming space to foster a connected and authentic relationship, one where you feel heard and respected.
