ABOUT
I am a therapist in Loveland, CO, specializing in trauma-focused mental health counseling, and I am a certified yoga therapist with over a decade of experience as a mind-body practitioner. I am passionate about guiding individuals through meaningful personal transformation — whether that involves healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, or unlocking untapped potential within themselves.
I combine evidence-based mental health practices with somatic approaches to help clients explore the powerful connection between the mind and body. By integrating techniques such as Brainspotting, yoga therapy, and mindfulness-based tools, I support clients in creating new neurological pathways that foster awareness, resilience, and growth.
My holistic, person-centered approach is rooted in compassion and authenticity. I offer a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel both supported and gently challenged to move beyond surface-level exploration and toward deeper self-discovery. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages, supporting individuals facing acute or complex trauma, ADHD, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, anxiety, performance stress, spiritual questioning, anger, and more.
I believe that within a trusting therapeutic relationship, individuals can break free from limiting beliefs and realign with their true goals — living life with greater clarity, strength, and purpose.
