Jen Kline, Children and Parents Intern
I am earning my master’s degree in social work from New Mexico Highlands University. I have lived in Durango for the past 18 years and raised all three of my children in this amazing mountain town. I believe when families are honored and supported within a community, children thrive. I specialize in offering Synergetic Play Therapy techniques for kids ages three to 14. Additionally, I work in tandem with parents guiding them in navigating the challenges and transitions of parenthood. Children and adolescents are facing complex and unique circumstances today. No individual or family needs to feel alone in this process. I utilize mindfulness–based techniques and solution-focused therapy. I am here to provide strength based nonjudgmental, compassionate care for the whole family system.
