ABOUT
I believe that healing happens within the context of genuine and meaningful relationships. My approach is rooted in curiosity, authenticity, compassion, and the belief that people are wired for connection — with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with their own strengths and values.
Grounded in relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches, I value collaboration and believe that each client is the expert on their own experience. I have a particular interest in grief and loss, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the sciences, addiction recovery services, and community mental health. These experiences continue to inform my belief in people’s capacity for resilience, healing, and change. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with animals and tending my garden — connections that have been an important source of grounding, growth, and meaning in my own life.
