I have worked therapeutically with teens, adults, and individuals who have experienced trauma for over ten years. My goal is to support clients in establishing a safe, authentic space for themselves — one where they can explore their current situation, clarify where they want to go, and identify what they need to get there. You may not know exactly what you need at this moment, but together we can discover it. The mere act of reaching out is significant. Some people simply want to be heard and to feel that they are not alone in their experiences. I am ready to start where you are and move forward from there.
