ABOUT

My approach to care is holistic and person-centered, with a focus on helping clients achieve an optimal state of well-being. I feel honored and privileged to walk alongside my clients on their journey to optimal health. I take an integrated approach, drawing on my expertise in therapeutic, nutritional, herbal, and functional medicine. I have completed advanced training in modalities such as COPE to Thrive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I am currently pursuing an additional certification in functional medicine through the International Institute for Functional Medicine. Functional medicine is “a systems biology-based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease” (Institute for Functional Medicine, 2024).

Collaborative Care: Collaboration is a key element of my practice. I work closely with families, therapists, healthcare professionals, and community-based programs to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s needs. While I provide care for clients of all ages, I have particular expertise in pediatric and adolescent care. As a trauma-informed provider, I have held certification as a SANE-A and SANE-P provider for over a decade.

CLINICAL SPECIALTIES

Psychiatric care across the lifespan, Trauma-informed psychiatric care,  PTSD, depression and anxiety, ADHD, Psychosis, Substance Use Disorder.
