ABOUT

Ana Ferrante is a therapist in Fort Collins, CO who brings warmth, creativity, and a strong sense of connection to her work with clients. Guided by the belief that “May the sunrise bring hope where it once was forgotten,” Ana supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life’s everyday challenges.

She has a particular interest in mindfulness practices, child and adolescent development, and working with those affected by emotional or sexual abuse. Ana’s therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and she often integrates creative and expressive arts to help clients manage stress, reduce symptoms, and process trauma.
