ABOUT

Jaime believes that healing happens within the context of genuine and meaningful relationships. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, authenticity, compassion, and the belief that people are wired for connection — with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with their own strengths and values.

Grounded in relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches, Jaime values collaboration and believes that each client is the expert on their own experience. She has a particular interest in grief and loss and feels honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges and transitions.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Jaime worked in the sciences, addiction recovery services, and community mental health. These experiences continue to inform her belief in people's capacity for resilience, healing, and change. Outside of the therapy office, Jaime enjoys spending time with animals and tending her garden — connections that have been an important source of grounding, growth, and meaning in her own life.
