ABOUT
My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a true respect for each person’s story. I understand how both big and small experiences can shape our lives, often in ways we don’t even realize. I focus on helping clients regulate their nervous systems, build self-awareness, practice forgiveness, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. I support clients by highlighting their strengths, values, and personal resources, and I use gentle body-based (somatic) tools, along with thoughtful conversations, to explore unhelpful patterns and beliefs that may be getting in the way of feeling like your most authentic self.
I aim to make therapy feel like a calm, supportive space where you can breathe, slow down, and explore new possibilities. Together we work through tough emotions, build resilience, and learn skills that support everyday life. I also consider the bigger picture — how relationships, environments, and communities affect us — and how one person’s growth can positively influence the people around them.
At the core of my work, I hope to help clients reconnect with their natural strengths, rediscover hope during challenging times, and learn to become their own strongest source of support.
