Message From Willow

My approach is rooted in compassion, non-judgment, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the impacts of trauma. I honor each individual’s unique experience, endeavoring to meet you exactly where you are. I recognize that the process of change and growth is different for everyone. In working together, overarching themes may include soothing your nervous system, fostering self-awareness, and connecting you to your innate wisdom and guidance. I orient towards my client’s strengths and inner and outer resources, while also addressing any harmful core beliefs that may be hindering your authentic self. My intention is for our sessions to be a sanctuary where you can unwind, experience calm, learn new ways to communicate, and develop greater emotional intelligence. We will navigate through difficult emotions together, building resilience and fostering sustainable life skills. Your personal work and engagement in the therapeutic process can positively affect all of your relationships, in both tangible and mysterious ways. I aspire for you to recognize and embrace your innate goodness, to rediscover hope in the midst of adversity, and to become your own fiercest ally.
