Willow Ruth Clinical Focus:

Young Adults, and Adults

Willow Ruth’s approach is rooted in compassion, non-judgment, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the impacts of trauma. She honors each individual’s unique experience, endeavoring to meet clients exactly where they are. Recognizing that the process of change and growth differs for everyone, Willow focuses on overarching themes such as soothing the nervous system, fostering self-awareness, and connecting clients to their innate wisdom and guidance. She orients toward her clients’ strengths and inner and outer resources while also addressing any harmful core beliefs that may hinder their authentic selves.

Her intention is for therapy sessions to serve as a sanctuary where clients can unwind, experience calm, learn new ways to communicate, and develop greater emotional intelligence. Together, they will navigate difficult emotions, building resilience and fostering sustainable life skills. Clients’ personal work and engagement in the therapeutic process can positively affect all of their relationships, both in tangible and mysterious ways. Willow aspires for clients to recognize and embrace their innate goodness, rediscover hope in the midst of adversity, and become their own fiercest allies.
