Clinical Focus: Children Aged 2-12 Years Old

Hello! My name is Sierra Foster, and I have been a BCBA since 2023. I come to this position after having the privilege of working as a Special Education teacher for the past five years in Durango 9R school district. I chose to pursue ABA full time after seeing what an impact high-quality early-intervention services can have. As a Durango local and a former educator, I have a passion for supporting the ongoing development of comprehensive disability support services in our area. I have deep respect for the teams that it takes to create successful outcomes for my clients and I strive to be as collaborative and compassionate as possible. My therapeutic philosophy is all about reducing suffering and/or harm, presuming competence, and increasing quality of life for my clients and their families as much as possible.
