ABOUT

Emma’s approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a true respect for each person’s story. She understands how both big and small experiences can shape our lives, often in ways we don’t even realize. Emma focuses on helping clients regulate their nervous systems, build self-awareness, practice forgiveness, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. She supports clients by highlighting their strengths, values, and personal resources. Emma uses gentle body-based (somatic) tools, along with thoughtful conversations, to explore unhelpful patterns and beliefs that may be getting in the way of feeling like your most authentic self.

Emma aims to make therapy feel like a calm, supportive space where clients can breathe, slow down, and explore new possibilities. Together, she and her clients work through tough emotions, build resilience, and learn skills that support everyday life. Emma also considers the bigger picture—how relationships, environments, and communities affect us—and how one person’s growth can positively influence the people around them.

At the core of her work, Emma hopes to help clients reconnect with their natural strengths, rediscover hope during challenging times, and learn to become their own strongest source of support.
