ABOUT

Kat’s therapeutic style is relational, heart-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing becomes possible when we are met with compassion and presence in a safe environment. She offers a warm, accepting space where all parts of you are welcome without judgment. Her intention is to meet clients where they are and create a supportive space to process emotional wounds, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling and connected life.

Inspired by her training in contemplative psychotherapy, Kat’s approach blends Western psychological insight with Buddhist principles, emphasizing each person’s innate wholeness and capacity for inner knowing. She draws from transpersonal and humanistic modalities, including Gestalt, parts work, somatic practices, and mindfulness-based techniques. Kat supports individuals in reconnecting with their intuition, cultivating emotional awareness, and finding confidence in their ability to navigate relationships, trauma, and any other challenges life may present.
