ABOUT

As a licensed professional counselor, I have been working in a small private practice in Durango, Co. for the last 3 years. In 2023, I finished my education in addiction counseling to work on earning my license in addiction counseling (LAC) over the next 2 years. I am also trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

In both my therapeutic practice and personal life, I prioritize creativity, interdependence, and humor, and I am dedicated to promoting equity and dignity for everyone. I view therapy as an investment in a meaningful relationship, and I aim to cultivate a genuine and welcoming environment where you can express yourself openly and honestly. I recognize the deep connections between mind, body, and community, and I approach therapy from a holistic perspective.
