Matt Aspros, Adolescent/Young Adult and Adult Therapist
My name is Matthew Aspros, and I am a mental health clinician at La Plata Family Therapy. I have been here in Durango since I was a teenager and I deeply understand the challenges facing both our adult and child populations. I recently received my credentials from the University of Denver with a master’s in social work and focus on the clinical setting in mental health and trauma. I am currently a Clinical Social Work Candidate. I am an individual oriented, client centered, clinician. I focus on evidence based modalities, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and SFBT. My interests include outdoor activities, time on the river, and anything else good our wonderful area has to offer. Including helping my wonderful patients find happier and healthier versions of themselves!
