Kelly DiGiacamo, Adolescent & Adult Therapist
I provide values-focused, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, including adolescents seeking to improve their relationships, expand possibilities, and reassert agency over their lives. My approach is friendly and collaborative. I integrate principles of harm reduction, mindfulness, and somatic experiments. I am also trained in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
In therapy and my personal life, I value creativity, interdependence, and humor, and am committed to working for equity and dignity for all people. I believe therapy is an investment in a relationship, and I strive to create an authentic, approachable space that allows for you to be open and honest.
I believe in the strong connections between mind, body, and community, and approach therapy from a holistic perspective. My particular areas of interest include, addiction, depression, anxiety, career & life transitions, trauma work, and enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and creative professionals. Currently I am working on my license in addiction counseling and will be fully licensed by July of 2023.
