Sierra Foster Clinical Focus: Children Aged 2-12 Years Old

Sierra Foster has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2023. She brings five years of experience as a Special Education teacher in the Durango 9R school district to her current role. Sierra chose to pursue Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) full-time after witnessing the significant impact that high-quality early intervention services can have. As a local resident of Durango and a former educator, she is passionate about supporting the development of comprehensive disability support services in the area.

Sierra deeply respects the collaborative efforts of the teams involved in creating successful outcomes for her clients, and she strives to be as compassionate and cooperative as possible. Her therapeutic philosophy centers on reducing suffering and harm, presuming competence, and enhancing the quality of life for her clients and their families. She welcomes any questions about ABA and encourages curiosity with an open door.
